I'm a forty-something psychiatric nurse living in a little run-down seaside town in the glorious West Country. Most sane people now prefer to holiday abroad, despite global-terror and bird-flu (did you ever see a bird with a runny nose?") So the town is now mostly given over to Nursing homes, Junk shops and Hostels for those unable to cope with life.<br>
Rumdog leads a quiet life, working in a local Psychiatric establishment, 'The City on a Hill.' looking after those deemed by the courts to be a threat to themselves or everyone else.
